Recreate existing website in WordPress

This website project is basically a rebuild of an existing website, with a few add-ons. Client approached me because the CMS of his current website was not working well, and in addition he wanted some additions. He did not want a new design. All the functionality on the existing website needs to be on the new one. Text and images also have to be copied. - Website needs to be developed in WordPress with clean code and valid HTML/CSS (as much as possible) - Site needs to be FULLY RESPONSIVE and look great on mobile devices and tablets. - Google Pagespeed Score should be at least 90 - Website needs to have pretty permalinks, for example the ervaringen page is currently: [login to view URL] but should become: [login to view URL] - Please implement Google Maps on the Route-page - There needs to be an extra menu-item in addition to the existing ones (Home, Oldtimers, Bed&Breakfast etc.) which shall be named Stichting Vledderhof. Ofcourse it needs to fit with the rest of the site See the image [login to view URL] (purely for illustrative purposes) - Foto-impressie page ([login to view URL]) should have a photo slider in it (Soliloquy) Please read the description to make sure you understand the project, and provide me with examples of your work, especially responsive websites/wordpress themes.
