86442 YouTube Clone/Joomla Integrate

We are seeking a motivated, honest, experienced programmer/team and a long term relationship in developing a number of web based multimedia communities and apps. For this project, we need video upload, conversion, sharing features like YouTube and those offered in these scripts: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We would also like to be able to retrieve user information from my Joomla site that serves as the homepage. We have seen the buggy YouTube clones floating around, but require a solid script, with some modest customization and installation service (on our dedicated server). We are a small, self-financed team rolling out a series of niche web video communities, on a guerrilla budget. One person on the team has extensive video & film production experience. As well as an inventory of video product and owns several incredible domain names. The 2nd person is a fantastic flash/php programmer who is also an excellent graphic designer. He has created flash players for Joomla. He is currently working on two of our other sites. The 3rd person is a music & video producer here in Austin TX. We are able to make modest payment now but most interested in some partnership or joint venture arrangements that could generate additional revenue as we help others set-up their own video/cms based communities.
