Good problem solving and organizational skills !!! * PHP - Must be a highly skilled PHP programmer * WordPress - Must be highly skilled to combine PHP apps with WordPress * XMLRPC must be familiar with this to pass apps along as a means to have a common place to connect apps * Must be able to code to W3C standards * MySQL - Must have the ability to work with MySQL with PHP (both database management and scripting/development), * Apache, and Linux * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment * Ability to manage software project and programs, meet deadlines and work within project timeframes * Good verbal and written communication skills **REQUIREMENTS - COMMUNICATIONS** * Must have good english skills * Must be available on Instant Messenger (MSN, Skype, or Yahoo)during the hours of 6:00AM - 5:00PM EST (GMT -5:00) daily to discuss the project(s). *You will be required to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week *It is required to update our project manager twice a day with the work status of your current projects must show progress and daily reports by email a brief description of actions. **REQUIREMENTS - PORTFOLIO** Must submit a portfolio which includes DETAILS on each website/project. Details must include technologies used **REQUIREMENTS - SALARY** I will be looking at the lowest bids first, you bid too high I will delete/ignore you. Bids must be set at a Salary $300-$600 USD/month depending on skills. This will be the amount of USD that you would expect PER MONTH to work AT LEAST 8 hours per day. * The developer have to complete 8 hours per day(40 hours per week, 160 hours month). * Coordination of projects is not considered the time spent for work, the coordination will be 2 times a day, 1 hour a day at most, must show progress and daily reports by email a brief description of actions. *TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT* If the coder is found to not be working with proper speed and coding efficiency, they will be terminated with immediate effect and salary will be determined based upon work accomplished. We will determine the work accomplished by asking our other advanced coders to quote how many hours it would take to complete the work done up until the point of termination. The median quote will determine the amount of salary due at termination. All software created developer is to deliver all source code to me to do with it as I please. All rights to this software will be turned over to me. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement) Any bidders who do not follow the exact instructions above will be disqualified without further review.
