Work on existing Responsive Mobile Application

I have an existing responsive mobile web application that does the following. USER-ADMINISTRATOR ============================== 1. Admin registers users and assign cash collection limits to them. 2. Notification of users whose screen has been locked. 3. Admin Creating PINS for users whose screen has been locked to enable them unlock their screen with the random generated PIN. 4. Admin, registers customers just as the USER. 5. Every user has its own details displayed with all payments collected and registered into the system by that same user. 6. The Admin can edit, delete or modify users and customers as well 7. USERS ============================= The users do the following; 1. Registers new customers 2. Collects cash/payments and enter the amount into the system and a receipt reports is printed for the customer stating the amount received, date received, UserID etc. WHAT I WANT ============================ Per the functionality above, i have the following to be designed and added to the existing application. A seperate Super Admin portal the will do the following 1. Creates USER-ADMINISTRATOR that will be able to do the description of the USER-ADMINISTRATOR. 2. Each User-Administrator must come with its own ID, and Password. 3. The Super Admin, should be able to have a log/Audit trail of all the USER-ADMINISTRATORS... 4. Every transactions of USERS and USER-ADMINISTRATOR should also be displayed in this section. Where report generation will be easier. I have more to explain when you contact me..
