SkaDate Module Development & Implemention

Greetings, At this stage I am only currently looking for a quotation on the following work. We require a BASIC auction style module/system (existing or otherwise) implemented into the SkaDate Dating software. The aim is to create a website that will allow users to bid on each other for charitable purposes. The SkaDate dating software has presented us with a strong base to build on and contains all the features we need apart from the auction system. We DON'T require an eBay clone, however the following should give you a rough idea of the requirements. - Simple Admin Interface - Bid increments - 'Buy It Now' option - Auction Duration - Currency settings - Tweaks to the existing system to allow users to put their self up for auction after registering with the website, auctioning ones self isn't a mandatory step. The SkaDate software is open-source, practically everything is customizable. Written in PHP5, using MySQL 5 as data storage, and Smarty template engine to simplify the process of design customization, the chosen developer MUST be comfortable with this. Thank you for your time.
