SSH Tunneling/Proxy Service for Online Gamers

I need a website portal to be created that provides SSH Tunneling service for online gamers, mainly the MMORPG game market. Our SSH Tunneling service is used to reduce the ping or latency (ms) for up to 50% while playing online games like world of warcraft, Aoin etc. There are 2 parts in this project: 1. Website portal (CMS) 2. A software client (Putty + Proxifier/Widecap) ## Deliverables Hello, This is a simple project if you are experienced dealing with CMS and software applications. I need a website portal to be created that provides SSH Tunneling service for online gamers, mainly the MMORPG game market. Website Portal (CMS) Features: -User registration (trial or paid) -Members area -Admin panel -Download our application -Header menu, Sidebar for easy content and news management -Show current users, current servers -Ping test -Online payment gateway integration -Website design 2. Software Client (windows only, mac depending on price) This will be a software combining Putty + Proxifier/Widecap. Upon opening this client, the user will be able to key in the password and get to choose the servers or IP they want. Ping test is required to show which IP is best for their location. Those are all the features needed. Of course the full functionality in detail is not written, you must know what is required to function them, we will discuss more on them later if needed. ie: -Admin panel ability to control users -the need of user database -automatic account creation and banning users etc. -Web server ability to send command to linux proxy server to create user accounts. (Command will be provided, Linux server configuration is done by us) For the CMS, you're free to suggest a custom CMS or an open source one, state the pro and cons, I am looking for a more affordable solution. Upon bidding, please state how you're going to do it, the script, the language etc. A sample of past work/portfolio is needed. Experience in similar project is a BIG Plus.
