Website script with - registration - login - Math Formula

Hello, I need to recreate an ESP test and put it up on a website. 1. Create a website program to run a 4 symbol ESP test. You can watch the FULL Video explanation here. Use mysql to register users and send an automated signup confirmation email. 3. Use mysql to calculate the results of each ESP test. 4. Calculate the ESP results and generate an excel math formula result file with those results. Match the excel output 100% to my example excel file attached in the advanced description. 5. Email the output excel file to my email address. 6. Log each "user" event with 500 totals and email the report to my email address. 7.
