478243 Winery Internal Catalog/Cart Site

Overview I am looking for some to program a custom, simplified PHP/MySQL catalog/shopping cart site that will be used to provide sales people for a California winery access to downloadable assets (logos, videos, etc.) or allow them to mail sales materials to third parties. There is no payment / SSL component to this project. It's a store-like site where everything is free. We are NOT looking for a hacked off-the-shelf solution. The current site is based on xcart. It does not have the features we want. The emphasis is on functionality, rather than design. The UI should be easy to use, and the buttons, colors, and background header graphic easy to change through the CSS. Front End Customers - Sales Staff Winery sales staff are the “customers” for this site. They should be able to: Navigate the site, and view the catalog of sales materials, organized by main categories and an unlimited number of subcategories Download public materials (PDF, zip, jpg) files without logging in To view non-downloadable items after logging in. To place non-downloadable items into a shopping cart for checkout. To recover password via email To change password and contact information To checkout To see real time inventory/items marked as “out of stock” To use multiple ship-to names and addresses; to add, edit, delete unlimited addresses from an address book To ship the same order to multiple addresses To view order history To copy previous orders -- ship the same items to same address or to a different address. To ship the same order to multiple addresses To remove items from the shopping cart or update quantities. To choose payment method (money order or on account); no credit card or paypal transactioning required -- or SSL cert To choose real-time FedEx shipping methods for rate calculations To go back and edit all steps of the checkout process (change items, quantities, address, payment or shipping method). Back End Administrative Users Administrative users should be able to perform actions standard to ecommerce sites, with the exception of payment processing, which is not required at this time. List, add, edit, delete customer-users Reset customer-users' password Manage the product catalog: Create new categories/subcategories List add, edit, delete products for immediate download List add, edit, delete products for shipped order Upload and auto-resizing of thumbnails Sort products by category dropdown Search for products by SKU or keyword Add product options (e.g. color, size, etc.) Add inventory controls (decremented or incremented on insertion into cart) Inventory control by product option (e.g. color, size, etc.) Manage orders: View, add, edit, delete orders. Filter orders by Customer, Date. Sortable by customer, date, total Fedex integration so administrators can generate a FedEx shipping form and tracking number (FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Ground, FedEx Priority Overnight,FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 3Day Freight) Generate and Print Reports: Ability to filter and sort orders reports by multiple criteria: customer, dates, item, inventory General Considerations The site must be programmed in template-driven, industry standard div/CSS layout. Must be functional in Opera, Chrome, Safari, Firefox and IE7+. Must be programmed in PHP/MySQL. Code should be adequately documented. Please include bid and time frame for completion as well as evidence that you've done this kind of work successfully in the past.
