UI for online Arabic Dictionary

Abylon ??" A "Babylon" like UI for the for Arabic language Abylon is an one-click UI interface to online dictionaries. It will be used to translate Arabic words in IE or MSWord to English and Hebrew using two online dictionaries. The model I have in mind is Babylon - [[login to view URL]][1] . A combination of Shift+right-mouse-click on an Arabic word will popup a small translation popup window. The content of this window will be the translation of the Arabic word as obtained from the two dictionaries. Alternatively ??" the user will type in the Arabic word he wants to translate. Implementation There are two public dictionaries: Google ??" Arabic to English - <[login to view URL]|en> Huji ??" Arabic to Hebrew - <[login to view URL]> The idea to lookup the Arabic word in both dictionaries and present their output. That all!!! Future phases - see attached doc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables) b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
