Need To redesign My website

Hello I'm looking to redesign my website . I just wanna Change some design . Coder must have experience in php and css style . It will be an easy job because I have the idea , how my webpage looks like . I want all the job done , I don't want coder to ask me to insert this code and inser another code like last time when i Hired a coder for my logo . I will give you access to all the files and folder of the website . SO I want something similar to the other website design specialy the boxes . I will keep the same color that I have . But the design it should be like the other website . and specialy the header because I want to insert google adsense too.
