I need someone that can use our software package to construct a tutorial to be used at the 5th or 6th grade school level.
The software is a Windows desktop application that allows you to construct tutorials or presentations similar to PowerPoint because it is presented as a slide show. However it is different primarily because it is built around the MS Agent Character Technology.
After the tutorial has been created, there is a build feature, which constructs HTML pages for the tutorials delivery.
For each slide you can add multiple steps that have text, which is converted to speech and spoken by various MSAgent Characters. The characters can be positioned anywhere on the slide, will perform various animations such as; point, gesture, greet, congratulate, explain and so forth. The characters can speak in many languages and you can have more than one character on the screen at the same time conversing with each other or maybe introducing the other as the course instructor.
There is a scanner & digital camera interface, and a picture editor to help easily produce graphics for each slide in the presentation.
The program can be obtained by going to [[login to view URL]][1] select The Collective and then click on Download. You will then receive an Email with the actual link to download the installer.
## Deliverables
The topic for the tutorial can be almost anything, but I was thinking that teaching a concept in math might be a great place to start. The graphics would be rather simple. Each graphic would be a progression in solving an equation by displaying one step in the problem per slide. The first slide would have step 1, and the second slide would show step 1 and 2, the 3rd slide would show steps 1, 2, and 3 etc... Each slide would have the character talk about each step in the equation explaining everything all the way to the solution.
Each slide in the tutorial has a special Reference list providing hyperlinks to web sites that may reinforce the particular step being taken at that time.
I would like a minimum of 24 slides in the finished tutorial that you will construct. The lesson content must be provided by you.
The person/s that are selected for this will most likely be called on again to construct a series of these tutorials. The learning curve for the use of the software should be minimal as it was designed to be very easy to use. There is absolutely no programming involved and aside from the basic Windows user experience there are no other special computer skills required.
If you are interested in bidding on this request, I ask that you download a trial version of the software. Play with it awhile and send me a sample of what you were able to accomplish with it. I am afraid that I have not produced a help file for the program yet so any help will come by the way of Email support by myself. Once I have someone that is experienced using the software, I will be asking them to help produce training tutorials for the software itself and textual documentation that will be used to compile a Windows help file for it.
I expect complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
