Have a current program where the source code is in VB and MS Access. We want to have it converted to a WAMP for windows, using PHP and MySql. It will continue to run on the desktop. Future projects will include having this run on a Linux web server and have the other installs that are local (from this phase) back up their data to the server through an Internet connection. This phase is purely to convert it to newer web based desktop application. The attached word document has the screenshots of the program. Winner of project will obviously get all the source code. When submitting proposal, please include delivery time estimate as well
