340115 Business registration form upd

I have a business search engine that has a business registration form that needs updating. I need the process to register a business to be as simple and user friendly as possible. From start to completion.

click 'get listed' at the top right of the page and you will see the beginning of the form

1. Make sure a business owner can register their busness, sign up , log in, email verification , confirmation

3. Category of business - create new easy to use format, whereby users canenter Ina text Box a category name and the script will offer the user categoriesto describe the business -so if I own an Italian restaurant and I enter 'ital' onthe text box to search categories the script will offer similiar categories for the user to choose.

Users can enter as many categories to describe the business , ie 'italian restaurant, Italian bar, italain music, Italian pasteries, spagetti house

5.specials- you will create this page . It has all the features of the hours of operation page but here the user enters the special offer that is related to a particular time frame. Ie ''Wednesday 5 pm - 7pm happy hour $5 margaritas'

6.payment- user can choose a free listing or paid listing

7. Make sure info is entered into existing database so that listings can be viewed in the front end

ie. Wheelchair access, sports events, singing waiters

these most of these options were created in the database and admin and need to appear as options in the front end business registration form

the work has to be completed in 24 hours
