General Joomla Site Updates

Two sister website ( same template, different content) need the following work done: Work we are bidding out - General facelift to front page with new image/news slider – keep in mind It should be VERY easy to update and just grab articles that are on front page.. - Perhaps an updated menu? Some new look - Photo gallery updates to both sides – right now we use datso gallery, it either needs to be re-coded so photos open in lightbox instead of new page, or new gallery set up with the following attributes 1) all photos and categories transferred 2) gallery can have new photos added VIA ftp 3) admin for gallery can access gallery via admin but no other Joomla functions (we have a third party that updates this) - Content work - one page has listings we need edited/re-flowed so it is better presented - Better Facebook fan page integration for news – maybe Facebook comments or such PMB for links
