We will need for it to look and feel somewhat different in that the above site is copywrited.
We will need to be able to easily add menu and submenu items.
At present we will not need the "my Account" page, but will need to be able to add it in the future.
We will need secure access for the documents area, as is the case with the sample site.
We will also need an easy way to add and remove users to the documents area, preferably applied for by the user and approved by us, so we are not inputting all the information. Username should be formatted based on their inputs to resemble something like:
Property: Las Brisas
Unit: 102
First Name: Joe
Middle Name: John
Last Name: Jones
We have multiple properties, so assuming one database will be used as this is expanded, the property name is needed.
Derived Username: LB102JoeJohnJones
We would like to be able to use the user data and username accross other areas in the future. For example when we add a my account page later and to integrate with our internal quickbooks and quickbase database (when they're completed).
