New Website to be built from scratch - Northamtonshire based

We are a new start up company that is in its in its development stage, and could present an exciting opportunity to anyone wishing to expand (or indeed begin) their web design portfolio with a unique and different website. The website itself will be the portal through which the company conducts its business so will need to look highly professional and have great functionality. Ideally we would like to work face to face with the developer so they would have to be Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire based (or near). We have a detailed specification, but at this stage we only wish to give a brief overview of requirements The core functions required are as follows: - It will require users to upload information to be saved for viewing by other members. The information uploaded needs to be structured and meet certain criteria. - It will require users to search through uploaded information in a brief format, and paying members to access the uploaded information in full format - It will require members to create a profile from a standard template choosing generic options from drop down menus. - The content uploaded by members will need to be categorised by the user using generic options from drop down menus - It is the generic options selected for the content and the users profiles that will form the basis of the search criteria. - There will need to be a membership section to the website where users can see and edit the content they have uploaded, any messages from other users, and account payment setup/details. - Users will need to be able to send and receive messages in template form (all messages are generic depending on the circumstance, members explicitly cannot write personal messages) and have access to these in their account pages.
