osCommerce Online Merchant v2.3.1 transfer to osCmax v2.5

I have an HTML website(will provide website address on request) working with osCommerce shopping cart.........I need to mold the existing website and shopping cart into the osCmax v2.5 RC2.........I have a working template installed 1) needs products and product attributes transferred (very small inventory) 2) will have a few banners and graphics that will need to be moved, improved, recreated and/or made to work with the existing template that is installed. Need to make it look elegant, organic and professional. Possibly an HTML template for all the text that incorporates some of the look of the old site. Make it look good. 3) make sure all shipping and payment modules that are needed are updated and functioning (Zone, USPS, FEDEX, PAYPAL and a CC gateway) 4) Everything must be in working order and ready to publish.
