php design contest script

What im looking for is a simular script that is used at [login to view URL] i want it to be able to intragrate with a forum of my chose prob vbulliten. 1.a form for users to submit a new contest easly. each contest is automaticly posted to the forum in the correct section under the submiters username! (when a user submits a contest they must register for the forum but with only the basics like username and password) must be seemless between the register and the submite the contest section. very important that this is all automated. 2 join the design team a section for the designers you have to be in the team to submit a design. again intragrated with forum 3 be able to list all the users in a team section with a points system to show how many projects they have won. i would want a display picture and some info about them and also a link to there personal profile. [login to view URL] forum i would like it to look different to all the other contest forums out there! I like the functions that [login to view URL] offers in its design contests forum with the entrys beeing posted at the top of the page check out this and tell me if its possible [login to view URL] [login to view URL] admin backend must be able to preview the submited contests also manage money and ever other feature of the site. i know this is all possible but just need to find the right person to do it. also i will design the graphics i might need some one to do the css but i most prob do it myself. thank you for looking and happy bidding danny linton
