PHP Info Products (Downloads) Full Website Design

Looking for PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCED PHP/MYSQL (maybe Javascript too) Web Designer To create for me a website that I will use as support to sell hundreds of info products. The php CMS (backend) as well as the site have to be written from scratch ... I do not want an Oscommerce, Cube cart, Prestashop, Magento etc... website. I must be simple yet efficient, fast and without bugs. The design and style part of the job doesn't really matters at this stage, I want the system to be created now. If the winner has experience (and talent) in Flash, Photoshop etc... The design can be also done by this person. But the product must be delivered under the form of a fully-functional website with a minimum of graphics if the winner doesn't do web graphics... Shopping cart is not necessary I think (unless I am explained why it would be better) because simple Paypal, 2checkout, Clickbank buttons can be used and the whole sale processor system is usually handled by the (cart, payment form etc...) I want quality work from an experienced professional and won't accept a buggy site made by a novice. Waiting for the bids ! PS: if work is satisfying, I promis regular work opportunities on task per task basis or even on full time job...
