63558 PHP Website Needed!

Hello, ok im going to be really thorough with what i want. I need you to design the website look and feel i would like it to be fun and pro at the same time, I have a logo that i would like incorparated into the design, i am open to idea with the design, but probably green and red colours, (maybe silver) But i would like the website to have a 'flow' about it. The pages i need: - Homepage (This will have the top banner, with a search built into it, and also navigation under that or on the left hand side. It will have the main area where text goes, i would like that to be editable in admin, and also on the left hand column their would be advertisements and offers. And at the top of the right column the place where users can login.) - About Us (This would have plane text about the company and who we are, what we do etc.) - How it works (this would be a few images showing how the system of the site works, but i will do this bit when i have found out what the look of the site is going to be.) - Suggestions (this would be a link to 6 different cats, more can be made in admin, and each one of these links to a page of listings that is made in admin.) - FAQ (list of frequently asked questions, they are made and edited in admin) - Register (this would be the page that users register their details and then a confirmation email is sent to them for them to confirm and then log into their account. - My Account (When in this users the main body of the website is where there is the option to make a new shopping list request, which is sent to the admin. and also change their details etc. They can also check the status of orders and pay for them via paypal or nochex or have the option of a cheque. and there should also be a place where they can ask a question to admin, each given its own ticket number. and viewable in their account when admin replys.) - Admin (Here i should be able to check how many users there are, when they signed up, should eb able to edit users details, answer questions they have, update most text on the site and look at orders that have come in, it should also have the ability to send out emails to all users about forthcoming events. every order should also have a dropdown menu in admin where i can change the status of the order, e.g. 'dispatching'. So im not looking for a precreated web shop, i need a personal package and to look great. Good Luck Jamie.
