Hello I have recently taken over a dry cleaner. I will in the following try to explain the problems that I have with my business, and hope you are able to implement a solution to my problem. The following is non technical and hope that interested freelancers will be able to see how this can be achieved. - We need a website, database and brochure design ready to use end April month: 1 A website from scratch quoting our services and prices including simple logo. A feature for members (regular and office customers) to fill in their invoice. I need a solution that makes it easy for my customers to create an order while I still can keep track of the amount of cloths i receive, and data on my customers. The way our “pickup and delivery” customers deal with us today is by printing and filling out an invoice paper sheet and putting it together with the clothes in a bag. 2 Our companies “system” has so far only been on paper. I would need a system that could make a clear overview of the business. Daily/weekly/monthly questions (reports) answered through this system is what I seek, i.e. how many clothes received for when and what type of services, clothes that needs to be completed, what kind of garment do we receive most of, paid and unpaid customers (cash or credit). Easy invoice click and select (type, color, type of work, total sum, and so on) with a customer number generator. 3 Professional designed brochure for advertising.
