Design a website for a notary business. Allow customers go to this website to create their own account and enter requests to be notarized and later view such request status in order to follow up with proper actions. Create a database for employees of this notary company with proper administration rights. Allow managers to log on to this website and assign those requests to a corresponding employee. Allow employees to log on to this website and review his/her jobs and add comments and update status on their jobs. Upon completion of any job, send the associated request back to their manager for closing and balancing receivables and payments.
The site needs to look professional and appealing. All the basic functionalists have to be met 100%. The following services must be available upon requests.
1. Graphics: customized graphics must be guaranteed to be the most professional and artistic design which include wall paper backgrounds, art works, picture inserts and visual gadgets.
2. Web layout: Customized web layouts matching up to industrial standards shall be available for our choices. All gadgets shall be available to be customized such as buttons, menus, drop down lists, text boxes etc.
3. Flash plugins: Flash videos shall be available to make short presentation or demo video or animation.
4. Web page roadmaps: The links shall be navigable to ensure the site is working together as a product.
5. Appearance: All the pages shall be developed in a consistent way so that they have the same look and feel, yet each page serves different purposes.
