Bulk SMS & SMS Gateway

Hello, Below is what is needed to be done for my upcoming business: I need to develop a software/application which is able to send SMS through web. This application should be able to: 1. Send bulk SMSes at once. 2. The recipients should be able to reply back to me (the sender). 3. There should be another feature called 'Mobile Poll Booth' which is able to do automatic calculations. I also need the results to run live on local TV channels (this is not a part of this project though), but inputs on this are most welcome. If I find a coder who can deliver this, I am ready to post a new project especially for him which will be about implementing this feature. More details and documentation will be provided to interested coders. Remember that I am not talking about using somebody's API here. I want to develop an original software here. Your bid will be on these 3 parts as mentioned above. Provide me with a break-up. Tell me what all should I need to buy for this project? Do I require an SMS server for this? Do I require a unique 3 or 4 digit number as well? TEACH ME! Also let me know if you REALLY feel that my max. bid $ 5000 is lower than your expected one. Justify it as well. I don't mind paying something more when you can deliver me something great. This project is for serious coders only who know what they are doing and can show me some relevant experience in this field. I need to start this as soon as possible. Looking forward to interesting bids. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform You are free to use ASP/.NET/PHP/JSP. I think using JSP may help you as you may be using JAVA/JDK, but it's completely upto you. Use SQL/MYSQL or whatever - I don't mind. I have my own web servers - both in Linux and Windows and have IIS, Apache, TomCat and everything you require running. However, I will need to buy SMS gateway/server and a 3-4 digit routine number. I am based in India. I will require your guidance on this.
