Need Carjail Software

I am having problems with my software Towsoft. This is a Visual Basic 6 Program with a .MDP Acess database. I uploaded the current software to the winning bidder for this software so they can get a mental picture how this works. I need this software to store its database so that each job has its own file. I am going to network the software between 2 computers so I cannot use a .MDP database. The .MDP dabase gets 2 large. The five forms are 1. Dispatch Manager [login to view URL] Entry 3. Impound Manager 4. Reports Manager 5. Admninistrative Services Basically the software keeps track of the Calls to be dispatched and the Jobs that happen each day. I will provide the current software and the full list of what is needed for the new software that will work good with sharing the database. Also I have a keyboard with a magnetic card swiper to read the Drivers license and Credit card info to be saved in some text boxes. The Keyboard will type in the info when the card is swipped so the text boxes must be have the correct tab order and so forth to work with this. Also we need to have a diagram of a car which i can provide the diagram. The user needs to be able to click a section of the car and then pull down what kind of damage was on the car when they towed so that clients of this towyard dont get sued for damges that have already occured to cars they tow. I need to upload a couple pictures to of pictures the tow truck drivers take so that we can save proof that damage was already on these vehicles before the tow. The job must be completed by April 1, 2004. I want this project to be colorful and fun with a LOGIN so I can keep a log of who entered what. All the information on who was the person entering in information to the information of who was the towtruck driver for which call is very important. I am very strict on deadlines. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
