Program to batch modify a template.html file using simple text replacement.

I need a small executable to run on a standalone windows based PC running Windows XP. There is no need for a fancy or commercial interface, just simple. The program will read a folder that contains text files, such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], etc. it will then insert the text file into a [login to view URL] file at the proper marker and save it under a name specified in the text file. We will call this program **[login to view URL]** We you run [login to view URL] it will start by asking for these variables: Relative path to text files: [user input] Location of template file: [user input] Output folder: [user input] **[START BUTTON]** When start is pressed, the [login to view URL] will read the first text file, then open the [login to view URL] file specified, and insert the text file at these markers: Marker 1: **<!--TITLEREPLACE--> **Place line 1 of text file here Marker 2:** <!--DESCREPLACE--> **Place line 1 of text file here Marker 3: **<!--BODYREPLACE--> **Place entire text file here The [login to view URL] will then save the new [login to view URL] under a new filename, leaving the original [login to view URL] file exactly original, to use again. The naming procedure is as follows: Name file the same as TITLEREPLACE except insert dash character "-" in the spaces. Truncate the file name at 40 characters before the file extension, if longer than 40 characters. Then use the same extension as the template.htm. If the template is [login to view URL], then the file will end in .asp. Same with .php file. When this cycle is complete, [login to view URL] will open the next text file and repeat the process again, until all text files have been processed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP standalone PC.
