Program needed to Modify HTML

I need a simple executable designed to do the following: 1) Import a .html file of my choosing (local) 2) The program must run two filters before proceeding to step 3. These filters are options given to me in the configuration tab. Both are string replacement options. In other words, I need two separate replace this string "12345" at line "122" with "98765" features. 3) Edit the imported .html file with data I enter. The data I enter will be inserted in a SPECIFIC line in the .html file. The LINE will be specified in the program's configuration menu. 4) The program will also give me two boxes in the options menu to add data "before" and "after" the inserted data...Let me explain: If I insert the following data 1 2 3 To be inserted in line 400 The two boxes will give me the option to add "FOX" before and "DAD" after so the inserted data will show: FOX1DAD FOX2DAD FOX3DAD 3) The program must run all filters BEFORE making the insertion edit. 4) The program must remember it's settings and the window must be resizable. 5) The program's title shall be: HTML Editor v1.0 6) This program is for PRIVATE use and will not be resold. 7) The program must have a status indicator showing IDLE, PROCESSING, and DONE. 8) The program will have an execute button and will show the final edited .html file in a pane to the right. The final .html must be saved as specified in the configuration tab. I need this done ASAP and I will pay to have this done QUICKLY. I need a QUALITY JOB. I will not settle for junk. I need a dedicated reliable coder who will make changes, as needed, for extra payment. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
