Hi!
currently we need to make one integration in one new fresh installed freepbx
, the integration must do:
1.- currently our customer have a webform on his webpage asking some data like name, email, telephone, etc
2.- they want that when the people it is sending that form for receive more information, automatically the freepbx call to the desired extensions (or single extension) for give information to the customer
3.- they will have a softphone in each computer for give this kind of calls then maybe we can use the *.call file sending in caller id the name of the form (for make the people to know with whom they are calling)
4.- since the customer wants to try with one line (DAHDI) possibility of manage errors like "line is busy" and try to call when the line will be free (or extension, or both)
5.- we need normal report inside of the asterisk cdr (i mean that the outbound calls register in the CDR of asterisk like usual outgoing calls)
