Looking for full time individual web developer

Hi, We are looking for peoples to join our team, initial salary is 27.600 RS per month, 150INR per hour. Current skills needed is PHP/CSS/HTML. Those are full time positions and we need individuals which are fully available, full time, without other commitments. the starting salary will be 150 INR per hour, increment in correlation of performances and work delivery will be done, also, there's more than 40hours per weeks available, if you want to work more a few questions: programmation wise, you are okay? or you're more like a coder? important thing, our company clients work cannot be re-used or sold, we also need you to sign a NDA with us with any form of official ID, this is standard but we need to confirm that you have no problem signing an NDA for the work done for our company For payments, we mostly use paypal gateways do you have or could you create an account ? Do you have other engagements currently? Or are you fully available to work in real time 8-9am IST to 5-6PM IST ? About php programmation skills, are you comfortable engineering complicated functions and tasks with documented code? Can you let me know a bit about your background and experience please, to confirm 1) Having good knowledge and experience in HTML5,CSS,PHP(OOPs) 2) experience in any php framework 3)Having knowledge or experience in HTML5 Framework(Bootstrap) 4) Git/svn experience 5)eager to learn new things 6) No need to explain everything 7)having knowledge in responsive design not must.. 8) Wordpress experience designing themes and plugins but not madantory.
