Hi there, First of all, obviously, my bid is not within your budget limit. In fact it's quite high compared to your budget. So please consider this before reading the whole proposal and wastin your time. If it's not acceptable please ignore my bid. Your requirement is quite clear. In short, this'll be an esm file parser, just like the implementation in c++ you've linked to only this will be in php. Though I'm totally ok with it I have some concerns about your choice of laravel to create this. I suppose you're planning to offer this as a web service similar to tachoapi and that's why you want to utilize laravel. Afterall, it's a web framework and got nothing to do with such implementation. So, for the sake of modularization and to avoid tight coupling that'll be a standalone library doing the actual conversion. It'll however expose a clear interface external consumers can utilize, and laravel in this case is no exception. I won't go into details since that's just what we'll do on testing project phase. Per your request, I'll create a laravel test project utilizing it with other services like db and reporting. Anyway, if you don't have a specific version you want to target I'll use php 5.6 to implement this. Either way, binary and crypto operations are quite stable through version bumps. Regarding laravel, I'll use the latest stable version which is 5.3 currently. I expect this to take around 25 days, but the deadline is 30 days starting from award date. Thanks Aydin
