I am looking to have an
Estimating Software developed
I am looking for someone with experience who can do a great job.
It will entail a lot. - Are you familiar with Estimating Software? -Ideally Construction Estimating.
Everything from creating estimate for construction companies to sending to Customer via email. and everything in between.
program must have database Item Descriptions, Customers, Equipment, Materials, etc
To enter items in which will automatically have a material in them which will have cost in it. Then we will add a crew and put how much they get paid in order to calculate our labor costs and then markup %
I would like it to flow from Left to Right starting from putting in Customers info, project location, etc and it should keep track and store all bids is database and number them automatically.
Nice clean and easy design so it is a pleasure to use. -
I would like to speak of several diff options of ideas I have from:
Cloud Hosting, "Take off" Option, and maybe even support and Training on how to use System once we have Customers but that will be down the road.
There should be a calculator and a few construction Calculators incorporated into software to calculate quantity and cost of paint, Amount of Tons Asphalt needed based on Sq Footage, Amount of Cement to order based on Square Yards of Concrete...
It would be cool if I can log into customers Computer right from Software (with customers approval of course) instead of going thru a screen sharing company
Google Earth should be incorporated into system
Weather app should as well so you can do all these little things right from Estimating software. - (That is ideal but please tell me if you think it doesn't make sense and would just be easier to access Google earth directly and to check weather from weather site.)
(Calculators are a must...)
I would like it to be able to have licences so people can purchase 1 or more licences.
I should be able to log in from any computer or tablet.
Overall Purpose would be for construction companies to be able to quickly and easily bid a job as accurately as possible. Program will need to compute cost to do job automatically by entering in factors for materials, Amount of hours job would take X amount of people in crew by their hourly wage including Social Security etc so I know precisely how much job would cost me and how much profit I will make.
It would also include Misc and other categories such as Mobilization and Misc
Looking forward to getting quote to develop and time frame it will take to create.
