Video Conferencing - We are a market research company and we create online surveys. Requirement is we want to integrate our survey with online Video Conferencing technology so that when a customer is filling in the survey and he wants to initiate a conference with the client he can do that instantly without any hassle and bustle. Please let me know if your technology can be helpful for us. We want to integrate our survey with online Eye Tracking Code using the webcam. Please reach me out if any1 can do this for us. We can discuss the details later. Imp points to note: 1. Share Screen feature 2. No installation requirement should be there 3. Screen recording 4. Video chat 5. Camera and Voice disable feature 6. Eye tracking using the webcam. 7. Capturing GPS coordinates offline Eye tracking is basically a facility by which we can check if customer was looking at which part of the screen and for how long. We want to integrate our survey with online Eye Tracking Code using the webcam. So, if in the survey we show a brand to the customer as a concept and hold the screen for 2 min the eye tracking code should run at the backend should be tracking the eye gazing. Eye tracking feature will only be implemented on 2-3 screens of the survey not all the pages we need eye tracking hence a code written in Java script is preferred which can be implemented in the tool that we do use for programming. it can be implemented in 2 ways 1. Either same screen can be divided in 2 parts. On one part, it will show Survey and other part will be reserved for video chat. 2. Two separate screens can be there with one as a pop up.
