The problem I’m trying to solve is reporting the progress of a project. For example, most Marketing companies have low retention rate with their clients because the client doesn’t know what is going. There is a lot of tools that have reporting process for analytics and also to create internal project management process. This make sense? (To verify you are reading the instructions write what is 1+1 at the beginning of your proposal). For example, if a company is not performing very well for a client and the analytics reports is very poor, then the client will doubt about the work that the company did. However, if there is a way to support the lack of results with the amount of work that was created, that can help the client to have tangible value. For that reason, having a tool that the client can easily visualize the progress and what it’s has been done, will improve expectations. This is what I’m thinking about as an example for the client to see: [login to view URL] So the software has to be hosted in a domain for companies to log in to the back end and create project Users can “create” the categories of the project, for example: - Website Creation - Logo Creation - Social Media Post 1 Is very important that users can create any categories they want and not we have pre-defined categories. After they select what is the whole project they can select if is going to be a weekly and monthly thing. A page is going to be created with a progress bar and a time clock of the projects (the users can select what that time is going to be, like 30 days to 5 days). After that page is created, then users can go daily and check mark the task that they are working on and what they have done. That automatically is going to update the progress page and show all the updates and the progress bar is going to move. From the client perspective, they need to have access to this progress page to see reports. If is possible, every time an update is done on the progress page, they should get a notification, email or text saying that are updated are available. The client should have access “easily” to see their page. Has to be a one click to open, whatever it is, if is a link that is going to be updating or I was thinking a chrome extension they can have on their desktops were the can just click and go to the page, I’m not clear about what is possible, but I want to keep it super simple for clients. I’m planning to monetize this to clients based companies. I will charge them a monthly fee if they pay they can have a login in passwords. I’m planning to have different plans according to different features and number of users. This is some extra add-ons I want to have a chat option in the project page where the clients can get feedback to users (marketing company) and can be a back and forth. I want the project page to be like a history of work page, where we can put files do see or download, see a record of what is done (plus countdown and progress page). It has to be super simple for users to (clients based companies). It has to be an option to create a project, name project, “enter your task list”, select due time (countdown clock) and creates. Then the update option should be simple too. Just check mark the task and that will trigger the progress bar to update. Options to put notes (like a work done for today) and add files, videos or embed links to see. I’m looking for a long term relationship, I want to create the first version to show to investors I have and after that, I’m pretty open to having something ongoing.
