I don't understand what you mean by the second half of this sentence: "The access code will take them to the page specified in a table in the plugin or an access code as a hidden items in the web page." Also, I would prefer not to use a new MySQL table in the wordpress DB to do this, but use the WordPress DB structures instead. Making new tables in the WordPress database is considered not best practices. Other than that, it looks clear to me and I can do the task. I'm assuming that the users don't need to be logged in to use their access codes to view web pages.
