Additional Website Functionality - User - Photo Uploads

I am looking to have additional functionality to my existing WordPress website Please ensure that your reply includes the number of Photos that can be uploaded, I will ignore replies without that. I only work with people who have a passion for the project. Basic process flow of User and System Actions to understand the project: User: enters their preferred name. Enters email address. Option to create an account to retrieve Designs, requires Password setting, updating & recovering process. Agrees to Disclaimer that photos used are either their own property or they have full permission to use the photos and are not protected by Copywrite. Opt-in or Opt-out of the Website owner using their information for promotion of the site purposes. SYSTEM Action: Email is sent for Confirmation by User. User Confirms email. SYSTEM Action: Do not allow User to proceed until EMail confirmation received. Polite advice notice created. User: can upload or Drag-& -Drop up to 9 photos with an individual max size of 2mb. SYSTEM Action: Confirms quantity and size, provides warnings if exceeded (these setting need to be customisable by Admin increase/decrease). SYSTEM: Shows all uploaded photos and makes them available for selection adjacent to a Fixed Size Background Block. User can then place one or none of the photos in as a background feature to the Background Block. The photo can be resized to a maximum of the block size (pre-set) maintaining aspect ratio. User can then either: 1/ Select individual photos, previously uploaded, and position the photos on top of the background (resize to be available maintaining aspect ratio) within the Background Block. 2/ Select a Shape (preset list of shapes to be available) and place the photo within its frame (size adjustment with aspect ratio). SYSTEM Action: Photo within the selected shape needs to then auto-crop to the frame of the shape. User can then position frame inc photo and position the frame-photos on top of the background (resize to be available maintaining aspect ratio) within the Background Block. SYSTEM Action: At various stages, the User can Save current design. SYSTEM Action: Provide a Submit & Cancel Option to the User. User, when finished with their design, can Submit & name the design or Cancel. SYSTEM Action: On submission of the design generate unique Design Code for the User to keep as a reference. SYSTEM Action: Generate an email with the Design Code and other basic data and email to the User. SYSTEM Action: Save the design Using Design Code on a storage system. SYSTEM Action: Email a specific address to notify of New Design, the path to the design for retrieval, customer details etc. SYSTEM Action: Allow User to login and retrieve Design(s) using email/password as security and Preferred Name/email combination or Design Code/email combination as security. User: able to amend the existing design and resave as new design or duplicate, rename and redesign. SYSTEM Action: If no Duplication - Warn User that the old version will be deleted and will not be retrievable. Step 2 will be to link this to Purchase/Shop process.
