amazon ssl on laravel php website issue

I'm trying to redirect http to Https on aws
I have used EC2 sever , load balancer, aws certificate for Https .
I have install Apache 2.4 sever on it and upload my PHP Laravel code . I have make use of force SSL middleware along with make changes as per reqired for .htaccess also but it still accept http request.
2 . If I made the changes in [login to view URL] of Apache for virtualhost 80 and redirect the request to Https it's show the error page not redirect properly.
Need solutions for above
