Animated Form using a HTML template, making custom fields and integrating scripts.

Hi All

We will be using a Html template ( [login to view URL] ) form wizard, which has already been purchased what I would like to do is to change the flow of the form and make it my own.

This form will be used as a thank you page for user acquisition with landing pages so it is very important to have a perfect Retina and Responsive layout (by default the template already is)

The objective of the form is to create a simulation of someone wanting to move and request a quote. We will have question based on when and from where he would like to move to which destination, how many bedrooms, m2 etc..

The form will be in French so validators and error messages have to be in French as well!

I will be adding new fields and scripts that correspond to them like

Calendar Date picker

Google street auto-fill API

and maybe google maps showing the map from point A to B after filling from and to where he would like to move (depending on time it can take)

It’s pretty straight forward we will have about a total of maximum 8-10 different fields input

Nothing has to be build from scratch it’s a form relift with some new functionalities

This is why this project should be done very fast, we are on a very tight schedule and need to have it done in 24h-48h MAX!!
