Hi. According your log, your apache is getting with resources: "server reached MaxRequestWorkers setting," why this happenned? maybee some php script is wasting your resources. There are severals fixes for this and the most extreme is get more RAM memory. For example we can increase request workers setting, or move php module to php-fpm but this last is only possible if you're running yoor own vps or running a vps.. that is not valid for cpanel hostings or shared hostings. Seems you will need to configure mpm and increase MaxRequestWorkers. It’s a bit tricky as if you placed the configuration in the wrong place it will be overwritten by the system. I can do it for you or even provide a maintained server up and running for monthly fees.
