MA-DI Application

We are a company ( Like Meals on Wheels ) which supplies customers with meals 6 times a week. We want to create an application that automates the ordering process. Order types: 1. Website Online Directly from customers 2. telephone orders. (we need a user interface to complete the telephone orders. 3. Orders on paper (see attached menu plan) The customers tick their selection on paper and we enter these orders. This process should be based on an image recognition software to take over the data. -We have several tours: Every order belongs to a tour 1. Tours / 2. Tours / 3. Tours / 4. Tours / [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] Procedure / We need a Platform for creating the menu plans: Step1 -creating Menu plan current week -creating Menu plan next week Step 2.1 / Order online -The customer makes his weekly order -the Customer get an Email: order confirmation -our Company get Email too: order confirmation Step 2.2 / telephone orders -The customer makes his weekly order -the Customer get an Email: order confirmation -our Company get Email too: order confirmation (how could we capture the order by phone?)
