Asterisk Support With Vicidial Experience

We are interested in retaining services during our business hours EST (GMT -4) for a vicidial tech support function for our offices. Our intention is to find support that is available during our day time hours that can troubleshoot any issues that happen and fix it. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm EST. It's important this person is responsive, knowledgeable and available via slack messenger or by phone (if needed). This person must understand asterisk configurations, voip dialplanning, vicidial feature-sets, vicidial campaign management and have at least 12 months of experience with the solution. This person would be preferred if, in addition to the above, they have any of the below: -Hands-on development, debugging and on-going maintenance of new and existing code (PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related APIs). -Proficient with XHTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and related frameworks / libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap, Foundation by Zurb, and so on -Fluency in all aspects of PHP development and the Software Development Life cycle -Expertise with MySQL / MariaDB or other competent databases. -Working knowledge of Linux. We would like to pilot working with a freelancer with the intention of possibly working on a permanent basis after 2 weeks of working together. This project is for 10 working days, between Mon-Fri.
