My Requirements is this. 1. I will provide "Raw" data of property owners and the real estate properties they own. 2. The owners may be businesses or people 3. my goal is to send one letter in the mail per person or business (to only US addresses), even if they own multiple properties. 4. i want to send a "Clean" data list that has duplicate entries removed to my mail vendor so that they can send physical mail to the property owners. 5. I want to send a "Clean" data list that contains the entries from #4 + any duplicates into a CRM (Podio) As a test, i have attached a sample spreadsheet that contains the "raw" data in one tab and another tab with the headers that I would like to use in a "clean" tab Please take this sample spreadsheet and process it however you plan to do this and provide a proof of concept. If you can't automate this and are planning to do it manually, you're doing it wrong. I am looking to hire 3 VA's since I will be processing lists of approximately 10000 new property entries / month. Please provide a proof of concept, since many VAs always claim they can do it. I am looking for a long term VA who is an A+ player to become part of my company.

Admin upload the xlsx file and panel get the data and makes the automatic entries 4. Also, it will remove the duplicate entries 5. Once, Admin select the Users and mail will be automatically sent to them. 6. There is also a functionality to add and edit the mail formats. 7.
