Basic website scraper with search engine

We are a small but growing company that believes that what makes difference inside an organization are people. In order to hire the right people, employees that will fit in our organization and share our values, we need a new tool. We need a web app with search function that will return data about the number of people with that profession, skills, education, etc. Please read carefully the presentation and the file attached to be sure that you have the competences and time to submit the finished project respecting our deadline. We are looking for professionals that can meet our requirement in time and maintain a high service level. What we need: → To crawl data from different websites → To get normalized data from those websites → A working search engine that gives back results instantly → A file containing all the app code that could be run on our system Deadline: 14th December 2017 Maximum budget: 50 euros We pay for the entire project, not on an hourly basis.
