Bugfixing, login does not stay alive, software logs out automatically

Hello, I have a project based on html, javascript and php. It is a virtual guestbook where one device (ipad/safari browser) inputs something and on other device you see the different inputs as output. On the client side, the input side user is supposed to login and it is supposed to stay that way until logging out. But after 1h or so when you try to submit another comment I get error 0 and when I try to refresh page I get authentication error. This does not happen when refreshing below 1h duration. I also tried chrome on ipad. Same problem. The software is hosted on Digital Ocean. Who can fix this? Payment only for working solution on my side. Thanks Gerd
