Main goal

- build an NEW application in Java which generates OpenStreetMap tiles with the approach charts
- your application must read the structure of the approach charts from the MySql table we provided
- your application must generate approach chart tiles for zoom levels 11, 12 and 13.
- the approach charts tiles generated by your application will be added to an OpenStreetMap as a distinct
layer
- the graphical design of your application is not important. It is important that it generates the approach
chart tiles.
