Build a web scrape tool with Input & output interfaces

I am looking for someone that can build a fast and simple tool with a basic UI The tool should be able to take the input that is copied and pasted from an excel, and do a search on the web, scrape, then provide an output based whats on the website. Detailed Specs: INPUT: I open the App which has the needed columns in it I open my excel which has the input values and copy all of the available columns with date * In put values consist of may columns with data bouat cars. It can be any values it doesnt matter. I paste them in CarSoft's Input Box. (Input box should probably be some kind of table where i can paste data from excel) Press RUN WHAT THE TOOL WILL DO: The tool will go to [login to view URL] and login: Then go to Market Guide Find and copy value of the VIN number of the first row that I entered, and Input that VIN number in the Vin Search box and press search Select the following Locations Adesa Miami Adesa Orlando Adesa Sarasota Adesa Tampa Select an Odometer range, where the Vehicle’s actual mileage falls in between For Example: If vehicle actual Mileage = 100,000, then select a filter range of 80,000 and 125,000 Press Search OUTPUT: In the results section of the tool, i should see the following information taken from the website and show in the tool next to each of the row points entered by me. * Take the Odometer Min and Max from the website, and populate the appropriate EXCEL columns * Take the Sold Price Min and Max from the website, and populate the appropriate EXCEL columns * Take the Odometer AVG from the website, and populate the appropriate EXCEL column IMPORTANT: The [login to view URL] website requires Login. However, the website can only be accessed from a remote PC. Therefore, Teamviewer access will be provided to the winning freelancer to be bale to access it and build the tool.
