Build a Website

Morning. I need a contractor to design a good quality landing page , that will fit in with my current website. I am in the process of contracting for SEO work but we seem to hit the same obstacle every time and I am no closer to resolve it. We cannot proceed until we know how to plan for the long term. This is the 3rd time I am trying to resolve the issue, please read the requirements carefully before [login to view URL] website was done in opencart and I DO NOT wish to have another website designed or made. 1. I have a site [login to view URL] which is my main site. I wish this site to rank for a specific ( small) area called Isleworth because it is easier to rank for a small area. 2. I also own the URL: [login to view URL] and wish to have a landing page created for this, so we can rank for the same are BUT besides the unique landing page, all other content will be re-directed to the [login to view URL] page. 3. I have been told that using a subdomain [login to view URL] is an alternative way to proceed instead of both option 1 and 2. 4. I have several other local URL's that I would like to use in a similar way. 5. The BIG question that is holding us back is, how do we proceed? I would really appreciate if the contractor would take some time to read the questions and answer them in order, so that we can come to a quick decision as to whom we can award the work to. 1. Do you have knowledge of opencart?( It will be essential ) 2. What are your suggestions in relation to points 1-3, in other words what do you think is the best way to proceed? Do we use option 1,2 or 3 or can we use all 3 options? [login to view URL] will the cost be to build a opencart landing page? 4. What will your montly SEO cost be?
