Build a Website (Project for einnovention)

I have a running website [login to view URL] This website is about a city [login to view URL] name of the website “caddeninkalbi”means “heart of the street” where the street is astreet full of shops, cafes, restaurants etc on and around the street. . In the website, visitors will mainly find details of shops and will be eble to rate the shops.(Thousands of shops) Currently a wordpress plugin “progress map” works on website for showing the places(shops) What i want: - Apply a sleek and clean website theme. - Apply the logo on the website (i will provide the logo) - Visitors must be able to rate the shops and every item they see on the website( shops, parks, hospitals etc) The visitor must be member and must login to be able to [login to view URL] must be subject to approval of admin authority. - A good recaptcha plugin to be applied to the website.(google’s may be) - A search field for visitors. The search must search within the titles, details of the shops entered to the website. When a visitor makes a search for “book” for example, he must see the shops containing the word “book” in details of that shop.(I need the freelancer’s support on structuring this). The shops, stores etc are added as individual posts to the website. - A twitter feed plugin applied to the website. On front page, visitors will see tweets mentioning @caddeninkalbi - Social media icons on website. (Twitter, facebook) Visitors will be able to tweet, share, visit, like , follow etc.. - E-mail icon on website. Visitors will be able to send e-mail to info(at)[login to view URL] - A contact icon for visitors. They will be able to send details of their shops to magaza(at)[login to view URL] - All mouse over texts, popups, warning msgs, e-mails sent to users etc by plugins or website must be in Turkish lanuage. I will provide the translation when [login to view URL] must not see something other than Turkish language.
