Android App 1. Login Panels for both Teachers and Parents along with real time progress tracking of the students. - Teachers can see the enrolled children, update their marks and see their scheduled classes. - Parents can see their children’s attendance, marks and pay fees online/offline. - Admin. Panel can allot data to both parents and teachers. 2. An admin. panel to allocate worksheets/data to both Teachers and Parents 3. ADMINISTRATOR Panel: • Complete briefing about the class sections, subjects being taught and class series. • Complete details about what subjects are being taught to which class.. • A login panel can be created for the new teachers whenever they join. • Can monitor teacher and students simultaneously. • Can check and monitor the fee of various students. • Can update important circulars to both teachers and students. • Pop-ups on students and teacher’s panels regarding important upcoming events. • SMS Service can be added up so that parents can see the notifications on their registered number, as it’s not possible for them to login every day. Can assign classes to teachers. • Can assign substitution classes to teachers, if necessary. • Can post recruitment tests / notifications for referrals on teacher’s panel and general pop-ups. • Can create reminder Pop-ups on Parent’s panels. • 2. TEACHER Panel: • Should be able to see all the tuitions near to his area and should be able to apply on the app itself by paying a fee. • Should be able to check number of classes conducted and the fee. • Access to worksheets. • Able to conduct online/offline tests with automatic checking and marks updation. • Take attendance for students. • Upload the conduct of their respective students. • Upload numbers on Back-End. • Can see and upload test copies for students so that they don’t have to wait much and see their mistakes in the system panel itself. • Can see and alter their schedule if something urgent or personal comes up, they don’t have to go and speak to the head. It will give a pop-up to the admin. And they can then alter the class. • Can apply for leaves directly from the panel. • Payroll slips can be generated. 3. PARENT’S Panel • Can view all the notifications provided by Admin. Panel and Teacher’s panel. • Can see the emails directly by admin. • Can directly drive all the notifications to their mobile phones. • Can Pay Fees. • Can see their student’s performance in the tuition. • Can lodge a complaint against any teacher’s Bully behaviour towards students. • Annual functions and other important events notifications. • Holiday calendar. • Notifications regarding Parent, teacher and admin meetings (PTM). • Can see the pop-ups for surprise tests. • Calendar events (Holidays, Sports Fests, Annual Functions, Picnics, etc.) • Can download all the rectified Test papers uploaded by teachers.
