I need you to develop some software for me that can capture car number plates from CCTV cameras we have at our car wash stores, note that we have multiple stores and dvr box are connected directly to the modem there is no PC at stores. We want to have sort of cloud based backend where we can see real time or bit of time lapsed data of car number plates for multiple stores individually in csv format. With the filters like double entry check etc. So what we need is: 1. We want web based platform 2. We have multiple car wash stores 3. We want to see real-time car number plates, with time and date stamp along with jpeg for each store individually 4. Need filters like duplicate/double entry in 12 hrs period 5. Need option where we can select different time frames/ dates to view the data Write 92 if you have read description NO time wasters.

92 User Interface Flow Example: 1. In browser, type: [login to view URL] (connect to plate recognition server) 2. Login 3. Auto load GUI with options to: -Select store and view real time footage with plate number displayed on side window (in case multiple cars exist in the image, writing them all on the image will be cluttering) OR write them directly on the image. -Filter and download from ?time to ?time in form of csv and/or image containing plate number and time. -Add or remove cameras. Is the UI flow above acceptable? Feel free to add more requirements. Project will be written in JAVA and web interface in ClojureScript, final product will be hosted on google cloud compute engine (Hosting fees not included). Thanks!

First off 92 as requested! If possible can you send me a sample of the CCTV footage, as you know not all camera quality is the same and it would be nice to see what I could be potentially working with. I was also wondering if the software to read the license plate would be on the same machine as the web platform that you would use to view the data. If not it may be beneficial to use MongoDB or some other database and add an option to Export data in csv format based on the filters that are set.
