Change some of Coding to an open source Program to Support multiple restaurants

I am Only Typing this once. If you do not understand or do not know 100% that you can do this, Please Please Please Do NOT waste my time. I've wasted my time with so many people today. Program: Tastyigniter You can research it at [login to view URL] That is exactly what i have no data is entered MY current system: RDS CLOUD You can view my system at [login to view URL] This will be replacing that Currently Tastyigniter supports 1 Restaurant but it supports multiple locations of this one restaurant. I need Multiple restaurants supported. Each has a totally differnt menu. So i need someone to edit the code within this open source program to allow me to enter in multiple restaurants. On the home page of tasty igniter (you can view that here [login to view URL]) Step one. Type in your address When you do that it should return all restaurants within 15 miles of the address you typed in. I think that is already part of this system. I just want to make sure. If there are no restaurants within 15 miles it should say "we're sorry, but you seem to be out of our delivery zone, if you think this is an error please submit your zip code here. SHould have a place to type in their zip code and hit send. I do not want to have to repeat this. If you ask you will not be hired. We can get more detailed but i'm not repeating this again. I would like to have this done within 5-7 days max.
