12 Changes made to my website

I have two pages which have 6 changes that need to be made to each page. The pages need to be kept looking exactly the same. 1) Add the blue contact prompt box from the original page. The completed form submits should email over to [login to view URL]@quotingbusiness.co.uk. 2) Reduce the space between the, “See Our Systems In Action” box and the image below it in line with the original page. 3) Reduce the space above the text, “Simple Video Download” in line with the original page. 4) The validation on the forms needs to highlight the fields with problems in red. 5) When the form is completed it should remove the form from the modal window and display a note in the contact modal window which says, “Thank you for your enquiry, a fleet consultant will be in touch shortly.” 6) Mobile version of the page: The modal contact form does not fit on the screen on a mobile. The right hand side goes off the edge of the screen.
